ABR Employment Services has an opening in Tomah for a
1st Shift Production Associate to support a busy production/wash line operation. This role is hands-on and involves inspecting parts, feeding materials into equipment, and keeping product moving through the process safely and efficiently.
Schedule: - Monday through Thursday
- 1st shift: 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Overtime may be required on Friday
Pay: $17/hour
Job duties: - Inspect parts/products for quality and cleanliness
- Feed parts/materials into the wash/processing equipment
- Stack and unstack parts/materials as needed
- Remove minor jams/blockages and keep production moving
- Perform general cleanup/sanitation tasks as assigned
- Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for the full shift and perform physical work
- Ability to lift/move parts up to approximately 25-50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good attendance
- Team-oriented, safety-minded attitude
- Fork lift experience is a plus
Work environment - Production setting; may be warm/wet at times depending on area/assignment
